This site has been developed to assist the citizens of Burnet County to better understand the functions of the Justice of the Peace office and to further provide information and instructions for filing claim actions, seeking assistance from the Court and obtaining Fine Information.

It is my privilege and pleasure to serve the citizens of the Fourth Precinct of Burnet County as the Justice of the Peace. This Court is always open to suggestions how to improve it's service to the citizens and a Contact the Court web page is provided for that purpose. Please do not use the contact page to seek advice from the court on matter pending before the court or to discuss matter that may appear before the court. To do either of these cited actions would constitute an ex parte discussion and such hearings are a violation of the Texas Judicial Ethics Code.
